Ann
Marie Baum, LMT
President

Ann Marie is a graduate
from the Collinson's School of Massage Therapy, a member of the Associated
Bodywork Massage Professionals (ABMP) and trained in Occupational Safety and
Health Administration (OSHA) standards. She has over 20 years of hands-on
experience in clinical massage therapy. With experience in clinical physical
therapy and a clinical massage therapy practice in Colorado Springs, Ann
Marie's goal is to educate people in the health benefits of receiving clinical
massage. In the past five years Ann Marie has been working with Chiropractic
Doctors in conjunction with establishing a private practice. Ann Marie is
trained in Deep Tissue (Myofascial Release), Swedish, Neuromuscular Release,
Sports and Soft Tissue Release Clinical Massage.
Ann Marie personally
screens, trains, certifies and supervises each CBA Clinical Massage Therapist
assigned to our clients. All are seasoned professionals with hands-on
experience and specific training related to the needs established for each
client company such as Clinical Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Soft Tissue
Release and Swedish Massage.

Dr. John Cloonan
On-Site Chiropractor and Worker's Compensation Specialist
John is a graduate of the Cleveland Chiropractic College, a member of the
International Chiropractic Association and a practicing Chiropractor since
1981. He is the owner of Cloonan
Chiropractic and Bio Cranial Wellness Center in Irvine, California.
He holds a Board Certified degree in Chiropractic Rehabilitation from the
Chiropractic Rehabilitation Association in Ridgefield, WA, and is a Certified
Trainer/Teacher from the NMR Institute in Hollywood, CA. He is a qualified
Medical Examiner and Disability Evaluator in the State of California for
Worker's Compensation cases. He is also a Certified Disability Rater in
California for personal injury cases (PI). |

Dr. Scott MacAdam
On-site Chiropractor and Ergonomic Specialist
Scott has been in private practice since 1990, a graduate from the Palmer
College of Chiropractic-West and California Board Certified. He is owner
of Ladera Family and Sports Chiropractic in Ladera Ranch, California.
He is a member of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, of the California
Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractors Association.
For the past 10 years, he has been consulting with large and small companies
regarding computer ergonomic safety. He educates employees through slide
presentations and hands-on instruction. |

Heather Johnson-Moreno

Heather is a CPA escapee who realized her passion for fitness over 13 years
ago. After completing the UCLA certificated program for fitness instructors,
Heather became an American College of Sports Medicine certified Health Fitness
Instructor and an American Council on Exercise faculty member and certified
Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. She is the President and CEO
of PeopleFit USA,
a company dedicated to being the best solution to a fit and healthy lifestyle,
providing men and women with practical strategies to incorporate exercise
and activity into their hectic schedules and find convenient ways to eat
more healthfully. |

His many ProActive skill enhancement workshops, seminars and speaking engagements
have benefited thousands of managers and staff members. |

Amorosi Schwartz, M.S.

Heather has a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University
of Southern California. She works in a variety of clinical settings including
residential treatment, domestic violence shelters and high schools. Heather
holds Board of Behavioral science certificates in child abuse and maltreatment,
domestic violence, and human sexuality. Her professional Affiliations include,
American Psychological Association, California Psychological Association,
Orange County Psychological Association and National Eating Disorder Association.
Heather presents workshops on parenting as well as workshops on the effects
of stress. Her top professional goals are: (1) To assist clients in discovering
freedom from the difficulties that life can sometimes bring and (2) To help
clients cultivate healthy and wholesome lifestyles. |
